Terms of Use

Please be sure to read the following terms and conditions before using Momijitei. You will be asked to sign the "Terms of Use Agreement" on the day of use. If you do not sign, you will not be able to use the facility.

1. Usage etiquette

  • Please refrain from shouting or making noise. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

  • Excessive exposure and any other behavior that violates public order and morals is prohibited in the garden.

  • Never enter restricted areas.

  • Please smoke in designated areas.

  • Please take all your trash with you when you leave. Please also take all food and drinks you brought with you.

2. Prohibited matters

  • The use of whips is prohibited.

  • The use of candles is prohibited.

3. Handling of equipment and fixtures

  • Please take good care of the facilities, furniture, and equipment. If any are damaged or soiled, we will charge you for the repair or replacement costs.

  • Please manage your own equipment and luggage at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any theft or loss.

4. Regarding photography

  • When taking photos outside, please be careful not to expose the entire building or address.

  • AV filming is not permitted.

5. Safety management

  • In the event of an accident, injury, theft, etc. that occurs during use, please resolve the matter between the parties involved. We will not be held responsible in any way.

  • The renter is solely responsible for the property at all times during use.

6. About the owner's presence

  • At Momijitei, the owner is always present during your stay.

  • The owner will be waiting in the manager's office and will not be allowed to take photographs or use the property.

  • If you have any problems or questions, please contact the owner immediately.

7. Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation up to 24 hours before the date of use: Free

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the date of use or cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the usage fee. (The usage fee here is the basic fee and does not include options.)

8. Response to violations of the terms and conditions

  • If any violation of the rules is confirmed, the owner may ask you to leave the room immediately at his discretion.

  • In that case, the usage fee will not be refunded.

9. Revisions and changes

As a general rule, the basic fee for Momijitei will not change. However, optional fees and terms of use may change without notice. The latest terms of use and fee details will be posted on the official website, so please be sure to check them before using the facility.

Approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the nearest station (2,600 yen)

Bus service available (Monday to Saturday)

For guests arriving by car

Approximately 20 minutes from Hanyu IC on the Tohoku Expressway

Parking: Up to 6 cars available

 

 

The address will be announced after your reservation is confirmed.

Please contact us by email or via any of our social media channels, specifying the necessary information below.

・Desired date of use

・Number of people

・Desired plan

・Whether or not options are available

・Content of use (photography, events, etc.)

3. Reservations are subject to review.

Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the content.

4. On the day of use

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a "Terms of Use Agreement." Once you have signed, you will be able to start using the facility.
